Refund Policy

All registrations for ACB Expo 2026 are subject to the following terms:

1. Participant Cancellation

• More than 30 days before the event: up to 70% refund
• Between 15 and 30 days before the event: up to 50% refund
• Less than 15 days before the event: no refund

2. Visa Refusal

Participants who are unable to attend due to visa refusal may request a refund under the following conditions:

• An official visa refusal document must be provided
• The request must be submitted before the event date
• A minimum of 30% of the total amount will be retained as administrative and logistical costs

3. No-Show Policy

Participants who fail to attend the event without prior notice will not be eligible for any refund.

4. Event Changes or Postponement

ACB Expo reserves the right to modify event dates, location, or format if necessary. In such cases:

• Tickets remain valid for the new date, OR
• Participants may request a refund under the standard conditions

5. Event Cancellation by Organizer

In the unlikely event of full cancellation:

• Full refund, OR
• Option to transfer participation to a future edition

6. Refund Processing

All approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days.

7. Responsibility Disclaimer

ACB Expo is not responsible for visa decisions made by embassies or consulates. Participants are responsible for completing all administrative requirements.

By registering, participants agree to this refund policy.
